We ordered at arpund 4pm for delivery for delivery around 630pm. We ordered in the app, but that shouldnt matter. It showed out for delivery between 625 and 635pm. At 641pm i called the store looking for my order, because the app said it was delivered, and was treated with blatant disrespect. The person on the phone would not answer my request, which was: how long do we wait for the delivery to not actually show up before we make another one and send it over? 650pm it was finally delivered. Funny, this store is literally only 6 minutes away. The proper thing to tell me on the phone wouldve been that youre sorry there was an error on your end and that youll send over the order right away.

I cannot believe what I just got. It looks like soup disguised as pizza. This isn’t the first time but will definitely be the last I order from here. Not even worth my time bringing it back because they obviously care so little this was allowed out the door and delivered to mine.

Just ordered pizza online from this store. While I was tracking my order it stated that it was delivered. I've called the store and the home office and no answer 😐. Staff is refusing to pick up the phone. We just need our money back. I guess I will have to drive up there and show out...smh

Went to Pizza Hut on Shelby NC Stood at the desk and waited for like 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us nor seated us. Employees were walking around and seen us standing there so we left. There were only a few customers seated. Very unprofessional and rude. Service was a ZERO.

I got a coupon code for the pizza flats from T-Mobile, they literally canceled my order and then made sure the cancel the coupon code from their promotion with T-Mobile so that nobody can use it. Literally evil management making sure customers don’t get their rewards.

If you like pizza with no sauce, hardly any toppings, and undercooked, this place is for you. As bad as it ever was.

Waitress asked for drink order. I said half sweet & half unsweet tea. She said we only have sweet tea. I ordered lemonade & my husband ordered sweet tea only for her to come back & say they had no sweet tea either. Once our food came out she asked if we needed plates??? Then we had to ask for silverware, salt, pepper & parmesan cheese. My pepperoni lovers was lacking on the pepperonis. We got our own to go box for leftovers because never saw waitress again until we walked to the register without our check to pay. With all the boxes stacked around the restaurant, I think they prefer to do takeout only. Probably won't be going back.

This is the WORST pizza hut ever!!! I keep coming here thinking it might get better, but wrong again. I ordered pizza, wings and a brownie...usually my pizza is wrong, to my surprise this time it wasn't. It was my wings...and it's not like it was a complicated order...6 dry rub...but I got 4...how hard is it to count to 6....especially since its like 10 bucks for 6 wings!...so I had to wait for them to remake the wings...while my pizza sat getting cold...so now I have to go home and reheat my pizza that I paid to have hot....I wish they would just shut this place down and put something there worth eating from
