The manager Kendall I belive is her name is very polite and is all for us customers, my order was messed up and she did not give me a headache about fixing it I really appreciate her customer service skills she verified and made it rite thank you.

Waitress asked for drink order. I said half sweet & half unsweet tea. She said we only have sweet tea. I ordered lemonade & my husband ordered sweet tea only for her to come back & say they had no sweet tea either. Once our food came out she asked if we needed plates??? Then we had to ask for silverware, salt, pepper & parmesan cheese. My pepperoni lovers was lacking on the pepperonis. We got our own to go box for leftovers because never saw waitress again until we walked to the register without our check to pay. With all the boxes stacked around the restaurant, I think they prefer to do takeout only. Probably won't be going back.

This is the WORST pizza hut ever!!! I keep coming here thinking it might get better, but wrong again. I ordered pizza, wings and a brownie...usually my pizza is wrong, to my surprise this time it wasn't. It was my wings...and it's not like it was a complicated order...6 dry rub...but I got 4...how hard is it to count to 6....especially since its like 10 bucks for 6 wings!...so I had to wait for them to remake the wings...while my pizza sat getting cold...so now I have to go home and reheat my pizza that I paid to have hot....I wish they would just shut this place down and put something there worth eating from

It was decent but it could have been a better experience. The pizza was not as good as I hoped it would be.
Ordered pizza for pick up, even called before hand to confirm order, went to pick up the order and was told it was never received after my husband showing that I had called, the payment method etc., manager still wouldn't make it right, will not be going back they lost us as customers
Placed an order online. Got the confirmation and everything. We call to confirm that the order was placed they said yes it was and changed it from delivery to carry out. I get there to pick it up and it isn't in their system or anything. I was charged for the order and showed them everything. One lady was helping us and went into the back. We waited 45 mins before we got any info. The info was basically oh well too bad it isn't in our system. The second lady who helped us was incredibly rude . I will never attempt to order from them again.

We ordered two hand tossed pizza's and cheesy bread.. we received two thin crist pizza's and 4 pieces of store bought garlic toast with some cheese put on top... we won't be returning...

I called the one in Shelby, Montana over something really small. My drinks were forgotten. I talked to âthe only one working there at nightâ according to him and he talked over me so my fiancĂ© took the phone. He blamed the entire staff and said he has nothing to do with that. The driver saw she had the drinks in her car and came back on her own. Doing her job. Then I saw my pizza was wrong so I called again. When I called he yelled at me/ lied saying he is the only one working even though there are 2 others working/ told me about his kids/ random problems so I tried telling him that everyone struggles and he wouldnât stop to listen being very disrespectful. I told him itâs ok and not to send anything because he was nasty but he sent pesto anyway.The food was also very greasy even for a pizza place.
