Food is always hot, never had nothing missing from my order. My fav thing to get is the hickory bourbon chicken breast wfih mashed potatoes and I’ve never had a problem with none of it each time I order it!

Restaurant needs to be updated... carpet kinda dingy... the service people are very nice... Salad bar is ok... not as good as 10 years ago.. no tuna Salad veggies ok.. but not stocked up to par... but then again it's pretty good for Shelby NC... staff service is ok... people are really under a lot of pressure these days...Latrell was very nice and helpful.
Really sweet staff again today... I want to stress though the salad bar reeaaaly needs attention......
