“Took my wife out for our anniversary at Ruby Tuesday’s on July 14th. I ordered 1/2 rack ribs with fries and she ordered a hamburger, two salad bars, and tea. The total bill including a tip was $50.00. The Berger and salad was good, but th ribs were tough and dry and possibly left over from earlier and warmed over. I have eaten ribs before at the same place and always good.“

“just check ur food before u leave with it ....mine is missing things most of time but food is delicious just wish they give me everything I order today I didn't get slaw are toast with hamburger steak I call back and yea come back and they make it good but then 10 min down the road everything be cold. ...but what u get is good ...“

“The food is always superb, though I've always been unimpressed with their level of customer care, in terms of hospitality and friendliness, BEFORE today's visit. Today, i was happily surprised to find them hospitable at the door/ register/checkout. That's usually where they drop the ball but WTG, they didn't on this visit. Fingers crossed it continues to improve. The food is so dadgum good i want to enjoy the people enough to be ok with eating there (instead of it being cold by the time we get it back to our house to eat).“

“I just witnessed a crazy customer at this location swearing up a storm at the associates in the drive thru because she disagreed with a car getting to go ahead of her. I was so impressed with the way the associates and manager handled this situation. They’re always kind and helpful here, and they deserve more grace and patience than they get.“

“Early birthday dinner. We had reservations but noticed empty chairs at the bar, so we told the hostess we'd prefer to sit at the bar. Best decision! Nicky at the barcwas incredible. She was slammed and still personally stuffed the olives with blue cheese for our martinis. She guided us through the menu and helped us pick the best appetizers and entrees. She also let us try some wines before we picked one to complement our meals. We had the Cha cha shrimp and mussels for appetizers and the filet and crab cakes for our mains. Nickel made the whole experience special.“
