If you’re going to be out of everything on the menu could you at least have the decency to put up a sign or something so people don’t have to waste their lunch break only to not be able to get lunch?

That kid Steven needs a raise!!! He is the nicest kiddo in there and was faster than any subway I’ve ever been into, the food was fresh but his customers service over ruled all that!

So, I ordered online, they was supposed to have it ready for pick up at 5:20... My husband was there untill 5:55... They didn't have grilled chicken, so made it with the chicken I do not like that comes now with the chicken bacon ranch sandwich.... I am very unsatisfied! I call to ask for refund and she said I have to talk to manager.... It should be unavailable online if it's not in the store!!!

Ran out of food no meatball or sauce no lids for large drinks. No Italian herbs and cheese subs. Ran out of alot of things the owner should close subway down if he can't stock or restock his .merchandise. very lazy owner I hope he loses his business and go under I am going to subway somewhere else
it's been going on now for .months it's very sad the owners dont care about his customers he is going to lose money and probably dont care get rid of him and bring something else in subway its taking up space. Also the tables were unsanitary and not cleaned and the floor wasn't cleaned. This is the review for the subway in the walmart in shelby nc.

I intended to buy 6 sandwiches which I estimated would cost about $75. I walked in with $100 cash. Right away I was told they don’t accept $50 bills or $100 bills so I ate elsewhere! Also the drive through was closed!

I only went here because I had a gift card. The lady who served me did not want to be there. I believe I saw a commercial stating they had a special for foot longs, but maybe that was for a certain foot long. No worries. I know the glorious five dollar foot long is long gone. Anyway, I didn't really care because I had twelve dollars to spend and some change on my card. I ended up with a foot long philly cheese steak, toasted, and a bag of chips for a whopping $13.75. I like getting my monies worth, and this surely is not the answer. I weighed the sandwich for further measure, and it weighed in at 15 oz. That's absurd, so that means around a 1/4 to 1/3 pound of super processed beef, the rest consisted of provolone, lettuce, olives, and bread. No condiments. Just came to share my one and only experience with my local Subway in a Wal-Mart.

So, I placed an order on the mobile app for this location. I get there and the lady working says she can't find the order and that they never got it. I'm sitting here looking at my phone where it shows the order is ready for pickup and my card was charged for the order amount. I double checked the location on the order and it said Walmart Shelby. They say they can't do anything because they don't have the order even though I showed them the order on my phone and gave the order number info. The lady didn't know how to work the computer to find the past orders I guess? So I'm out money with no food and they won't do anything about it. They said to place a new order. Ok? But I'm still out my money... How are they going to resolve this? They can't just take money and not provide a product or service...

Me and my girlfriend walked in yesterday there was two people in the store and no customers. We walked in and I didn't feel right at all the girl behind the counter hid behind the dude trying to figure out who was gonna take our order cause she didn't want to. Well she finally came over I told her what I wanted I stumbled over my words alittle bit tho. She rudely said 6 in foot long? While giving us a dirty look the whole time. The customer service wasn't good at all.

Customer service was HORRIBLE! Lettuce was FROZEN, Tomatoes were frozen. I wasn't greeted when I entered the store. Just an all around bad experience. I went in hungry and left upset. Please work on your customer service! It's not what you say to your customers it's how you say it!
