Best service hands down! I ordered from DoorDash this evening and due to having some questions after I ordered, I called in. I asked the AI lady to speak to a team member and she transferred me over. A sweet lady was able to pull up my order and let staff know what I needed. It was delivered on time by my driver and the food was hot and correct. Grateful for the staff, kitchen aide, and DoorDash for this experience. You all must give it a try.

Second time ordering through doordash. Both times my order was wrong. Not the fault of doordash. Verona's will not make it right. So twice I've paid for food I cannot eat. Will not give them a third chance. ZERO customer service

This place is hard to see from the main road but we’ve never had a bad
Experience there. The food is really good. The only thing I would recommend is putting more garlic on the breadsticks! We feel bad for the owner because it’s hardly ever busy inside. It’s worth giving it a try!

Hands down best italian food i've ever had! Me and my partner both was amazed.. had the chicken Alfredo and stuffed shells. Im speechless. And had big portions for a phenomenal price!

Can't get an employee on the phone it's all ai nonsense now no thanks I will go to the other verona. Let me edit this to say that I kept saying speak to a manager for about 20 mins and still never got anyone on the phone it just kept going back to ai.

I’ve been going here for years and I just absolutely love wings and how the employees make you feel welcomed if your looking for good Italian cuisine this would be my recommendation in Shelby 🫶🏽

They have AI answering their phones now. I can't get through to a real person at all. It might be okay if the AI actually could hear and respond accordingly, but I guess that's too much to ask. Not really likely to give them business at this point

We have been here several times but last night was very disappointing. Both of our pizzas were undercooked and so greasy that the box was soaked in grease. We couldn't eat anything. To make matters worse, the pies were not sliced. Overall disappointed.

Went for a late dinner. The food came out quickly and tasted great. The calzones are definitely a go to for me they didn't disappoint. The steak was seasoned well. The baked potato was the only thing I didn't really like, potato tasted a little meh, but honestly with everything else being great we didn't mind.

Came at 7pm March 19th for a curbside and both women were incredibly rude on the phone and left us hanging for ten minutes before another one picked it up and hung up. We called back and the woman very rudely claimed they didn’t offer curbside and I had to come in. We’ve placed a curbside order twice before on their website and they went smoothly with no mention of not offering it. Apparently this time, they don’t offer curbside. I came with my DISABLED mother and a BABY who I was worried about leaving alone in the car. Terrible and inappropriate service, all she had to do was nicely explain that they no longer offered it. We also ordered sauce on the side that they didn’t include, and when I went back in *again* to ask, they told me I had to pay for it despite the last two times including it for free. I don’t mind paying for the sauce, but there’s no option online to pay for it, and they said nothing when I went in and picked it up the first time! I didn’t have my card on me to pay and didn’t want to get in and out the car for a **third** time so I just left without them and they said nothing. They CALLED me when I was five minutes down the road and told me they had my sauces waiting for me??! After just telling me I had to go back and get my card to pay for it?? Insane experience for no reason

Wouldn’t recommend. Why make an order if you didn’t have all the ingredients and contact the customer to let them know. Even fast food burger chains give the courtesy of doing this. They have repeatedly made orders wrong with my sister, this was first time with them, but never again. Baklava lacked taste, had no cinnamon or clove taste. Tasted old.
