After spending $50 i had to wait 10 minutes for my food. I was missing a complete meal and I ordered a 8 piece jalapeño bites and only received 4. Not to mention the food i did receive was cold. They refused to give me missing items as I had already left the parking lot. I will NOT be returning to this location. Even thinking of calling higher ups
Their chicken tenders are delicious ? and the staff are very much customer service oriented ?

My daughter who has a disability that affects her speech was laughed at and made fun of by the drive thru employee working on Tuesday night jan 2 around 645 pm. I think that was incredibly rude and disrespectful ?

We had a fantastic experience here. The fellow who helped us behind the counter was super nice, very friendly, and got our order accurate. The restaurant was clean, and everyone else we encountered was just so nice, too. I will say the food was not up super duper quick, but it was correct and it was delicious and we were very happy.
By far the worst Arby’s I’ve been too. If they don’t forget to put the sauce in your bag, than they will literally give you not enough for the amount of food you order. Even when you ask them for more. Do not go here if you want a good experience!
