I came to the drive thru near closing, trying to grab supper for a family member. The staff were cordial and welcoming even that late in the workday. The food was hot, freshly prepared, and delicious. Can't believe they were smiling & gracious past closing time! Wonderful staff ??
I am not a fast food fan usually, but Arby's in Smithfield has made me a fan. The food has been tasty, clean ,fresh, hot and even healthier than other establishments. Also the service has always been pleasant and professional!! Thank you Matt for always serving the fries the way I ask for them! 5 stars!!

We had a fantastic experience here. The fellow who helped us behind the counter was super nice, very friendly, and got our order accurate. The restaurant was clean, and everyone else we encountered was just so nice, too. I will say the food was not up super duper quick, but it was correct and it was delicious and we were very happy.
