I FELT LIKE I NEEDED TO MAKE A POST ESPECIALLY FOR THE BEAUTIFUL AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY WITH PINK NAILS AT THE DRIVE THROUGH TODAY, 4/24/22 at 11am. We didn’t catch her name. She was very professional and personable. She talked to my 3 year old son and talked to us about our dogs. You can tell she loves her job. She truly made mine and my husbands day. OMG, waited at registr and had to go get someone to try and take our order. Then good luck trying to get coupons to work from app. Manager with tattoo hart on r.s. of face was absolutely no help and quick to let me know they don't know anything about the app. I took my money somewhere else. Customer Service is not longer at this location. It was excellent in the past but not any more. I will definitely go to another location if I even want to be bothered with Arby's.
On the way back home from a lil weekend getaway and the boss lady says she would like Arbys. No problem. We pull into this one and go on in and order. The cashier, Sherry, could NOT have been any nicer. She made us actually feel at home. Was NOT expecting the food to be brought to our table either...what a bonus@. Arby's in Smithfield is a great place to dine, known for its tender and juicy roast beef and famous Arby's sauce. The staff is friendly, helpful, and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Even when visiting near closing time, they provide hot and fresh meals with a smile. The restaurant is clean and offers a pleasant dining experience. The food may take a little time, but it is always correct, delicious, and worth the wait.
