I usually don’t do this but it bothered me. I ordered an online order & it got stolen. Was told the manager would remake & she did BUT it was done with attitude because she had to remake it. Food and service were good. My complaint is the dirty tables and floors! Why?! The store was not busy when we arrived. Only my family of 3 and another couple in the store with 4 employees standing behind the counter talking!! All and I mean all tables were dirty with some trash or food on the floor! I had to clean my table and throw used napkins away. I've read some of the reviews and many speak on the cleanliness of the store. So why hasn't Chipotle done anything?!

I’m a frequent customer here for both lunch and dinner, and had exceptional service today. It was my first time dining inside in a long time, my entree was made incorrectly, but it was immediately corrected by the manager who walked over to make another bowl for me free of charge and it included double meat. I found a nice clean table to sit at and was able to enjoy my meal and take home more leftovers than I can eat. Happy with my visit!
