Worst service ever !!! Took almost two hours to get food . Order a drink and took 45 mins to get it . Then when ready to check out they had to text our ticket to us cause printer down .Also it was 20 of us and not one person got there good at the same time .
We used to drive all the way from Fayetteville to Smithfield because the food was better. This is no longer the case. It gets increasingly worse each time. The fries were disgusting and tasted like old oil. The celery was rotten. All of the staff stayed in the back and would only walk through when bringing orders to the front. Even the hostess stayed in the back. Poor experience from the moment we walked in the door. We will not return.

Apparently, they can only get dine in orders correctly. I've been here four times so far. One dine in and three online orders. The dine in was fine.
