This location has to be the worst location I’ve gone to. You have to catch them at the right exact moment when they are fully stocked and the counter is clean. They don’t close until 11 but I walked in at 7 pm and they said they were done making the certain rice for the night. The counter was extremely filthy so I decided to leave. The next time I try to give it another try, guess what, they’re out of rice again and it’s only 4pm with NO LINE. I suggested the online orders and they said that I could order online but I won’t get the certain rice because all the orders on the screen were before me and they’ll probably run out before they get to mine. It was nothing but a bunch of high schoolers who were just standing around talking. This is simply a time and management issue. You shouldn’t start making the rice once you’re out. It should be ready to go by the time the container is empty from the counter. Wasted time on my part because it’s either Smithfield or Garner location nearby.

We went over there to eat this previous Friday evening and where we sat at, we were the only ones who can see a area of the store where the employee was sweeping the floors and tables with the same nasty broomWhy would you clean and sweep a table with a broom you using to sweep the floor with???Hey also contact the customer support a few minutes ago and also over the weekend and the reply was either offering to give us a free drink the next time we come to Chipotle

Chipotle is consistent, I have been getting the bowl, without rice or beans, if you haven’t tried it, you should it’s definitely worth a try! After a full bowl you don’t feel sleepy or hungry, your body will appreciate a break from the carb! Thanks Dr. Berg!
Tried to place my order about 10:30pm. They don't close until 11pm. Plenty of time for them to make my 1 small order. I tried to order online, it went all the way through until after putting in payment info, says they can't process my order. Did that twice and failed so then I called. The 1st time I called, automated robot taking my order up until payment info and tells me the same thing " can't process your order at this time". I call again, right after that,and the closing store message just kept playing. Mind you, it's still around 10:40 after doing all that. So then I go to their online chat and tell them what's going on and all they could say (me paraphrasing but I do have the screenshots) was they are sorry and will relay the message to their team to be operating during their posted hrs and will let leadership know (mind you, they still weren't closed yet at this time).

This is about the fourth time we’ve ordered from this location and every time the food has been cold and rice undercooked. Unfortunately here in Smithfield the food choices are limited and my kids love chipotle but something has to give with this location. This time I couldn’t just eat over the hard crunchy rice and ask my family to do so as well so I took the food back and my Husband and I stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were there. The cashier was standing around on her phone over food and the guy that cooks finally acknowledged us and she came over. We can’t frequent this location anymore and I’d advise others to beware especially at night.

My fiancé (black) was discriminated against in this store! Cashier Lauren (white) told her that stuff on the online bar is strictly for online customers, but when a white man behind us asked for something off the online bar they walked right over and gave it to him!

I usually don’t do this but it bothered me. I ordered an online order & it got stolen. Was told the manager would remake & she did BUT it was done with attitude because she had to remake it. When I asked her could she add more cheese she goes I cannot do that. mind you I would think that since my order had got stolen & you verified that it was me in person & it’s now an inconvenience for the both of us , I feel like adding an extra “sprinkle” of cheese shouldn’t be a problem. She proceeds to say just because you’re standing in front of me doesn’t make a difference ?. And I honestly feel some type of way about bc it is wasn’t my fault it got stolen. I was very polite about the entire thing.

Food was just like any other chipotle. It’s open until late which is great because there’s literally nothing else open in the area worth eating late at night.
This place rewards online ordering only and not the patriots that actually frequent this location…said no chips and loads of tortilla chips sitting there clear as day on the shelves saying they’re for online orders only…makes no sense and poor service…Moes Southwest would never ?
