Went here 3 hours before close and the manager said they weren’t making anymore of anything the rest of the day…. All they had were 2 or 3 pretzel options and none of the pretzel dogs.

Store opens at 2pm on Sundays. Visited store at 5pm. 3 pretzels and no pretzel bites. They said that’s all they had left and not making any more. All the workers were cleaning store preparing for closing is what the cashier said. First time visiting the store specifically for pretzel bites. No inventory an hour before closing or offering to make more isn’t good business.

Food was okay. I will say I came 45 mins before closing and asked them if they can make an almond pretzel since it’s made to order. I can understand if it’s 20 mins or less to closing maybe even 30 mins to closing but when it’s 40 plus minutes to closing and not wanting to make a pretzel is crazy if you ask me. The person who took my order was nice but she seemed very out of it.

Today while school shopping we stopped in for a snack. The employee Nate was making fresh pretzels and my son was watching. When Nate noticed he asked if my son would like to make one. Nate then cleaned off an area and helped my 4 year old roll out dough to make a pretzel. Although, we threw the dough out after, it was a great experience for my son.

When you first walk into the place, it's very appealing and clean. Then the curtain, so to speak, is drawn back, and you get to see the underlying truth.Customer Service is so boring, it's like we are an inconvenience to them. As they stand there and ask. What do you want.I asked how much the hot dog bits were. Reply. It's up on the board. Well, then I decided on getting them anyway but soon discovered that the dough is raw on the inside and the hotdogs are room temperature at best. Maybe it was just that one, but after 3 raw dough bites, I put them down.My husband got the sugared bites, and he said they were better than the burnt ones he got last time we went there. But that they were saturated in something so that the sugar that was poured over them would stick.Fortunately for me, I was able to heat my hotdog bites up after I got back home. Now cooked and nolonger raw, I ate them. Fortunately for them, I didn't get ill, or I would have called the health department.Neither I nor my husband will ever be going back to that place again.The people running the place must not eat there cause if they did, they'd have not served me raw hotdog pretzel bites, or maybe they would cause it would mean losing money.Then, when I said to my husband not to leave a tip, I got this look of disdain from the cashier.My suggestion would be to avoid this place. There's a nice Expensive restaurant right next door that you can spend your hard earned money at.
