Never been or heard of it till today,,but I must say a very good place for lunch or dinner,,you are feed very well for what you pay,,I had the bbq plate with Mac and cheese generous portion but could use a little work,,baked beans that were pork and beans cooked with bacon,but add that vinegar sauce that they have to them and it wakes them up,,and the pork bbq was outstanding,,better than Parkers,sauls,Smithfield or any close that I can remember,,tender,well seasoned and flavored,,others...read full review
Had a great experience with From the Ashes. Food was amazing. Best BBQ in North Carolina. Staff is awesome. Phillip is a great dude. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely will be going back regularly.

This very solid BBQ place is the perfect so while walking the outlets. The nachos are labeled as a large portion but they are massive (and tasty). Sauce your own meat with the choice of 2 sauces (sweet or vinegar). The sides were for were collards, tater salad, beans, and share and all 4 with very satisfying as well as the pulled pork and brisket. Will most likely eat here every trip we take to the outlets.
