We stopped at the Smithfield Outback on our way home to SC. Tatiana was our waitress. Shen. was wonderful - friendly, attentive and upbeat., She gave us advice when we had questions, checked back several times to see how we were doing and if we needed anything, and made our visit truly enjoyable.
Our server was so awesome in accommodating my food intolerances so I could enjoy a safe meal away from home and the food was really good! The Wallaby Darned cocktail was delicious. My shrimp was so perfectly cooked and delightfully spicy. Highly recommend!

Customers from out of town often return, eager to enjoy the Outback experience. The drinks and food were very good. The food was hot and cooked perfectly. A manager came by the table twice to make sure everything was ok. The cooks and chef did phenomenal. Serenity was an amazing waitress. She made our dinner even the more exceptional. She was patient and ensured everything was to our liking. Will and all the wonderful staff at Outback Steakhouse restored faith in restaurant customer service. Will went above and beyond and truly made dining a wonderful experience.
