2nd time dealing with the same manager, I fell inside, who made a less than enjoyable experience so-so. He has a good customer service attitude, but can only do so much.Won't be coming back as food is just no good (zero flavor, sad looking broccoli and steak and mac&cheese looked very old) and waitress continued to disappear as well as offered absolutely nothing as she was about 3 feet from me when I fell.

Some of the worst service I have ever had. We waited 10 mins just for drinks. Waited forever to get refills. The food was sub-par. We got charged for items we didn't order. They quickest thing is when we asked for to go boxes got those within secs.

Walking in the place seemed very dirty. Menu had food crumbs inside and were falling apart, chairs were unsteady, when I received my water i found hair in my cup and black spots in my girlfriend’s cup. Our waitress was very nice, but we didn’t order and decided to leave.

The food was so over seasoned that even the ranch dressing burned my mouth. The manager, who was lovely said that it is the Outback restaurant way and she offered to have a new meal cooked without seasons. If you go there, and you don't like super spicy hot, let them know so they can cook your food without all the spice.

At the end of the day, it's still a chain restaurant. My dining partner seemed happy with his steak and ribs, but I was not particularly wowed by either the shrimp or the salmon. Both seemed particularly bland, lacking seasoning and flavor. But at least the baked potato was good. Our server was kind and courteous.

So on my latest visit I had the pleasure of having Mary as my bartender. Everything about her and her service was on point. She is the one who should be training other employees. She was flawless! And this is a huge factor of your dining experience. She was attentive without being annoying , personable, smiling, friendly etc. I literally could go on and on. I didn't have to ask for anything! it was all there...and if I didn't realize I needed it, she was already on top of it. She even nailed every detail on my leftovers that I took home with me. All the sauces, extra butter, plastic cutlery!This woman is who every employee of yours should model themselves after !!! Because not only was she flawless, but she did it so effortlessly! with a smile! I've never seen somebody just so on top of the game as this chick right here.y'all need to give her a raise. you need to make her a trainer. bump her up to a manager or cooperate trainer. I'm just saying don't let this woman go, because she is definitely an asset to your company.

The service and the atmosphere was excellent but the food was way to salty and we couldn't eat it and the owner/manager was great at understanding what was wrong and he was very nice and gave us a major discount but I had to give the food to the dogs because of how much salt was used.
