Chicken Salad Chick

My husband and I had our first experience at Chicken Salad Chick on 11/15/2025, Nikki & the night crew were simply THE BEST! We were able to sample everything we wanted & had a great experience. Not only was the food great, but the service was absolutely fantastic! Nikki & her hospitality knocked our experience through the roof & we will be back!

First time customer from Goldsboro and I didn’t know what to choose. Jillian was so amazing and informative. She let me sample a couple of items. Which helped me decide on what to get. She is so bubbly and it’s great to have someone who really enjoys the work they do especially in fast food today. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back.

Had dinner with family a few weeks back. Out of my favorite chicken salad this visit. Got something else (BLT) but was craving mine Olivia's Old South. I got pasta salad and it was very good. My family also got sandwiches and soup. The potato soup was delicious and my sandwich selection was good, but you know how it is when you are craving something specific.my cousin got the Mac and cheese and stated it was good.

Closing up early is a problem. But locking the walk right in front of me without at least communicating or acknowledging me is another.

I can't wait to come back!! The two chicken salads I had were fabulous!! My gluten free sister is able to eat here as well and that's very helpful.

I could not eat here. I'm allergic to celery and all of their salads have celery. So sad as all of my colleagues highly recommended the place.

Broccoli salad is amazing. BLT chicken salad sandwich was on point as well! Good stuff!

I got two different kinds of chicken salad containers. They were approximately $7 each. I got their original with celery maybe onions, and the one with pecans but I can't remember the name. They provided a sufficient amount of crackers to go with them. The chicken salad was delicious. My daughter in law ate the whole container of the original. I will be back but at off times as the parking lot was full and had to go thru drive thru which was also busy but moved pretty fast.

Was excited to try this place, ive always wanted to and it was severely underwhelming. The turkey club was extremely dry. The chicken salad club had lettuce that was starting to go bad as well as the top of a tomato that also had a spot going bad. Was sadly not impressed.

It was good and tasty. I thought it was a little pricey and most of the packs of crackers they give you were all broken.
