815 Gourmet Grill N Commissary is a restaurant open only on Fridays and Saturdays. All the food is very good. The Philly steak and cheese is on a bed of some of the best mac & cheese, super cheesy. The DASH JR. has Cajun grilled jumbo shrimp and a smoked bacon grilled cheese sammy with a side of mac. The Chefs Philly supreme and the BIGDOG with Mac n cheese are also popular. The mac & cheese is very creamy, the best mac n cheese periodt, and to die for. The food is delicious, made correctly, packed well, and most importantly delicious. For catering, Daniel is enthusiastic, helpful, responsive, and on time. Catering options include pulled pork, BBQ chicken, mac n cheese, smoked cabbage, potato salad, and salad trays. Everything is sooooo yum with plenty of it. Plastic utensils and cans drinks are used, no frills.
