My pregnant wife went in for dipped chocolate cone, and this is what she got. Unbelievable. There's pretty much no chocolate there. Go to any other dairy queen, but definitely not this one.

I’m allergic to pickles, and so I ordered a kids meal with a cheeseburger and only ketchup. Philip took my order and rang it up correctly. However, I always check before eating, and I’m glad I did, because my burger was covered with 4 pickles. I kindly brought it back and explained I was allergic. They “remade it” although when I got halfway through eating, my mouth started to itch. I’m pretty positive they removed the pickles and reheated the burger, leaving the juice in th bun. I never made a scene and was very respectful, so I fon’t understand the dillema or why they couldn’t at least get me a different bun. I’m really disaapointed in this service.

The worst experience in a restaurant that I had the attention was very bad they gave me the order incomplete and with what was missing it took 40 minutes to leave they finished eating and my husband had to wait even longer for his order the place was too dirty the Truth I don't recommend it

I could go on and on but ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM HERE! You’d be better off going an hour out of your way. We placed on online order tonight and got to the location 30 minutes later. Took us maybe 10mins to be helped…when the guy asked about our order and I told him the name, he looked at the screen and didn’t see it so he just walked away and did something else. Someone else helped us and told us they didn’t have the order; yes we were at the right location. I showed him my phone and he took it out of my hand without asking and started repeating the order back to me, but wrong. Reading off the screen but still somehow getting the order wrong. I had to offer to write it down for him and then had to ask for a paper and pen…like I could just summon those items out of thin air? Once we got the blizzards they had ice cream all over the sides and they had no napkins out for us to grab; we obviously weren’t given napkins. I’ve worked in food service before and it really isn’t that hard…especially when the place isn’t that busy.

On 12/06/2025 my family placed an order through the app that consisted of 7 blizzards. We placed the order at 5:56pm and got to Dairy Queen around 6:10. When we told the employee that we had an online order he looked confused and walked away. Fast forward five minutes, a different employee comes over and asks what we needed and we told him about our order. It turns out that the other employee had simply walked away and started working on other orders. For whatever reason, they did not receive our order, though it was ordered to the correct location and the payment went through. Both employees were moving extremely slow and showed no interest in resolving our issue. We showed them what the order consisted of on our phone and the worker took the phone out of our hand, took it over to his coworker, and stared at it with him for a good 3 minutes. He then came back over and started quoting the order back to us incorrectly. We then had to hand write the order down for the employees so that they could make it.
I have worked in food service and because of this I NEVER leave bad reviews. However, these men were so apathetic and rude that it shocked us. We will never be returning to this Dairy Queen.

The staff was friendly and my order was quick, but I had a serious issue with my Blizzard. I ordered a Sugar Cookie Blizzard, but when I got home I found pecans and cookie dough mixed in — neither of which are listed as ingredients for this flavor on the website.

I have a nut allergy, so this was really concerning and could have been dangerous. I’m not sure if this was due to cross-contamination or a mix-up with equipment not being cleaned properly, but it’s something that definitely needs more attention for customer safety.

I wasn’t trying to get anyone in trouble — just leaving this as a warning for others with food allergies to be extra careful.

Horrible customer service. Employee making ice cream orders took forever and seemed to be mad at the world. No reason to ever come back. Disappointing because the ice cream was good.

Out of gravy for the chicken, of course they didn’t bother to mention that until after we got our food. Out of half the dipping sauces. Surprisingly they had ice cream. We dined in and the people after us had a messed up order too. Worst DQ we’ve ever been to.

Went there today the food cost $36 was microwaved, soggy and nasty. The soda machine was filthy inside where ice comes out. Floors and tables nasty. Behind the cash register where food was being prepared was nasty and sloppy. The blizzards and drinks they made for each customer were messy spilling all down the side Of the cups. It was hard to choose a drink to make because most tasted like water. They barely had sauce for the nuggets.. it was chaotic. Myself and another customer both said the longer we waited for our food and looked around the more disgusted we became at the sight of it all and didn't want the food we ordered. Waited almost 30 minutes for this nasty food as well.

I was extremely disappointed. When I was paying the girl who handed me the receipt didn’t even look up off her phone. the pretzel and queso I ordered was so gross I didn’t even finish it. The bottom side of the pretzel seemed soggy and was taking a bubbly like shape. It was drenched in butter and the queso was rubbery. I didn’t like the ice-cream I got but that is more of a personal dislike than a quality issue.

They have a good selection. Staff busy with each other instead of customers. Prices have gone way up and sizes way down. The quality isn't what it used to be. We do go there when we visit family, but won't again after last trip.

Its dirty. Filthy. Bad customer service. Walked up just to be told they weren't serving any food but I see people with food sitting inside. The owner clearly doesn't care so why should the employees?

Decided to give this location a second chance after disaster the last time we went.
My daughter put in an online order 15 mins prior to arriving. when we went to pick it up it was going to be another 15 minutes so decided to order additional items while we were waiting. I was told they were not make slushies so I had to choose something else we ordered a fountain drink, milkshake and cheese curds.15 mins later I had to go back up and ask where the food was the girl that took the order seemed confused like I didn't order it and then had to ask multiple people that all seem confused and told me that he was just now dropping them there was two other people in this location so a bit weird. 30 minutes later the cheese curds finally come out. my daughter I just gotten her mobile order, it was one meal and three blizzards however two blizzards were missing. she ordered extra ala cart gravy they told her they didn't have any they couldn't substitute with anything and they also couldn't give her a refund. They tried to tell her that they did not have an order for her blizzards yet they got the other items on the ticket? she had to prove to them through the mobile app she did in fact place it and one of them still came out made wrong. If it was busy or short staffed I would get it however there were four girls three of which were kind of just walking around one was trying to be polite and helpful and I assume they only had one cook in the back, they kept talking about a guy which we saw go to the bathroom and come out smelling like cigarettes and weed and it was taking forever for the food to get made. There were only a few ppl in the restaurant. A couple beside us waited 25 minutes for an order of fries. The tables were dirty. No one wiped any thing down while we were there. Honestly it just seems like this location needs help across the board. Not worth the $50 spent.
It's a shame it's it's been a bad experience the past few times we went in there because this is the only DQ location close to us. Regardless we won't be returning
