The lady with short hair has a really bad attitude and so rude… never stop here again

Placed an online order on 10/22. The app said my order would be ready at 1:02pm so I walked in at that time. Upon walking in, I looked in the freezer to see if my order was ready, it was not. No big deal. After waiting a few minutes by the counter, I leaned over a little to see the older woman employee sitting on a chair just scrolling on her phone - did not acknowledge that she had a customer and like my I stated, my order was NOT made. I finally said “Excuse me ma’am” and of course after a huff and puff from the employee, she walked over and I politely let her know I had placed a mobile order. The older lady employee looked at the screen and said “Well there’s nothing up here”. I had by then pulled up the app to show my order and showed her. Again I was told “Well I didn’t get anything”. After pulling MANY receipts from her machine, of course she found my order. Instead of apologizing for the confusion and me having to wait even longer, I was told “well now you’re just going to have to wait” (very rudely I must add)— I had zero issues with having to wait nor that my order was not ready when the app said it would be. I do however have an issue that I was greeted off the bat with attitude from an employee who wasn’t doing her job. There was only one other couple in the building, they already had their food so it wasn’t because they were busy. Zero reason for bad attitude and lack of attention — Your employees are the face of your business. If they can’t handle their job/don’t like their job, they need another job! Bad attitude steers customers away. Again I had zero issues waiting, but I didn’t deserve the employee being rude. If this older lady is there next time, I WILL NOT order from this place. Can’t really mess up the icecream so can’t complain about the food — However, there’s a major complaint about the employee!!!

The old Caucasian lady there is a terror, she is the rudest person to exist in all of NC! Had a mobile order to pick up today, the old lady was in here phone ignoring, finally after a few minutes my fiancé asked if she had the mobile order. She huffed clearly mad at the world, and was rude saying there was no mobile order but it was in her stack of papers. She said “your just going to wait”.

My mother, sister, niece and I stopped by this place after doing a little shopping. My niece and mother order ice cream and only received half the order. When my mother told them that she had not got the rest of her food the guy apologized and began to fix it.. my mother told him no disrespect but i don’t want you to fix my food with the same gloves that you just finished counting money with. He was courtesy and said ma’am you are absolutely right let me change them. The girl Skyler was nasty and rude and told him that he did not have to change his gloves.. That was very unsanitary and if she feels this way then you should not have a person working in your establishment that thinks handling money and food with the same gloves is ok. We will never be back! She probably handling all of the food that way and that is just nasty.

This place is a disgrace to the Dairy Queen name I've come in twice and both times I was turned away because there kitchen was apparently closed 30 minutes before closing how in the world do you tell people we close at 7 pm but decide that you are just going to close early because you felt like it if someone comes in 1 minute before you close you help them not come up with excuses wish I had another dairy queen close by but will not try this place again

Every time we visit the Smithville outlets we stop in for our DQ treat. The staff is so friendly and efficient. And the line is constantly

Ordered blizzards for my daughter and wife and basically got milk shakes. Customer service was bad and to top it off the place was dirty. I now know why I don't come to this location

A younger boy was ringing me out. While doing so he was playing with a rubber glove. He blew it up and then popped it right in front of my face. He was so focused on the glove that he did not hand me recipe initially. When he handed me the reciept he did not say anything and immediately turned away to play with the broken glove. I also watched him run his hand through his hair multiple times and wipe his face with his hand and then help with preparing a customer order.
