I went here last night around 10 o’clock and me and my husband well mainly my husband notice that the guy that was cooking/prepping the food was touching the pepperonis, the sausages, the cheese with his bare hands ; then rubbing his nose, and touching the food again.. as my husband ran it by another employee, they stated that they aren’t allowed to use gloves , now I work in a nursing field, so I understand the part about the gloves being unsanitary , but there got to be something they can do. I rather take my chances with gloves than somebody bare hands all over my food. But besides all that the wings were pretty good. The pizza with the pepperoni was dried out, but my cheese pizza was OK. I only kept with the order because I didn’t see him fixing my order and rubbing his nose, but I saw him fix another person order doing all that, but I don’t think I will be going back.

I am so angry. The app isn’t working on mine or my husbands phone, the website isn’t working. We call the phone number, can’t get with anyone at the store and we finally speak with customer service, they said they are having “connectivity issues” and can’t place the order and they have to transfer us and we got hung up on twice. I love the new stuffed crust pizza and now my husband has to drive there and wait because their online system is horrible! In person customer service is great though.

Had to order by automated system. Picked up my order no sauces in box and got the whole order wrong paid for 2 large two topping pizzas got two large one topping and got my cheesy bread wrong and been calling for two days and they will NOT answer the phone at all going to there today so I can actually talk to someone will never use this store again

Worst customer service. Just watched 5 employees behind the counter for 5 min. Eventually i grabbed my order as i was tired of looking at it. Didn't get my coke though. Got tired of waiting didn't care. Wont be back. Will likely save me a few bathroom trips anyway.

My first and last time here. Ordered 3 pizzas and all was burnt. Hardly any toppings on them and they was not hot. Called to complain and all I got was im sorry. Won't see this place again.

Absolutely gross customer service. I ordered dinner and redeemed a free 20 ounce. My points were deducted and they claimed that because it wasn’t showing on their ticket that they would not be giving me the 20 oz. Not only the cashier but the shift lead as well. Even with proof in the screenshot. Providing me with what I had proof of ordering shouldn’t have been an issue. Don’t worry about me ordering from them again.
$4.99 Delivery Charge is crazy. Than you ask for driver tip???

Google said open t 1am. Tried placing orfer online. Gave me an error. Called the store. So o.thought. placed the order only to be told they closed @ 12. Please fix the operation of hours. I had my stomach and lips fixed on that pizza and wings ;(

This is the 3rd and final time I will allow this to happen. We got the pizza that we ordered it was wrong! When asked to correct it the guy got an attitude!! Then what you order on the app doesn’t take the $ off like it’s suppose to and they say oh sorry we can’t do anything about the app. Call a number when you call the number it’s not a real number!! I won’t be visiting Doninoes in Smithfield again!!!!
