The ONLY reason I am giving a 5star is due to the fact the girl behind the counter helped me out big time. I placed my order at 715pm. I came back to pick it up about 745pm because they were busy. My order turned up lost and she remade it with no issues. Also, she SHOULD be a MANAGER if she is going to close by herself. There is NO REASON SHE NEEDS TO USE ANOTHER MANAGERS NUMBER! In other words this girl has to clock her manager in so she can use the code to close down the store....
This is the 3rd and final time I will allow this to happen. We got the pizza that we ordered it was wrong! When asked to correct it the guy got an attitude!! Then what you order on the app doesn’t take the $ off like it’s suppose to and they say oh sorry we can’t do anything about the app. Call a number when you call the number it’s not a real number!! I won’t be visiting Doninoes in Smithfield again!!!!
Very nice and fast service. My sister and did two orders of the exact same thing through the app. They called to make sure we didn't accidentally order the exact same thing twice. That was great customer service in my opinion.
