Dunkin'

Ordered a dozen donuts online. Arrived and was told none of the three varieties I paid for were in stock. Drove 20 min there and all they had in stock were blueberry muffins and old fashioned. Great job guys. When I asked to speak to manager they told the clerk to tell me I could apply for a refund on the app. Couldn’t be bothered to come to the front.

They quit selling my favorite donut. They were the slowest people I've ever delt with.

Staff seemed a little overwhelmed when we got there. It took them about 10 minutes for 2 bagels w/cc . We asked for it in the side and one w/light cc we received bagels with ALOT of cc slathered on the bagel. Both were regular not light like my husband requested. He did not return it because he did not want wait.

I love this place... Employees are fantastic!!! Love the Manager there she is so sweet!! I go everyday... I will never miss a day going here cause I'm always running on dunkin'

Store needs a remodel

I am a Dunkaholic. I have been to a lot of Dunkins. Some good, some bad, some okay. THIS Dunkin has been GREAT. I moved to Smithfield about 6 months ago and frequent this location several times a week (drive thru and delivery). The drinks have always been consistently well-made, orders are ALWAYS accurate, and I have always been pleased with the service. The gentlemen and gentlewomen have always been friendly, even if they’re SUPER busy!! In the rare event they have been out of something, they don’t hesitate to offer a substitution (often much to my benefit) to make it right. This is definitely a 5-star location!

Staff seemed to be bothered that we even came in. 4 o’clock and they tell us they are out of coffee and donuts for the day ?
Close at 10pm, but only make donuts in the morning? Why stay open…

The waitress was very nice. Stopped in for a coffee on the way to a job interview.

I order drive thru at least twice a month with the wife. If I’ve had a bad experience I don’t remember it. They always get the order correct and are very polite and helpful
