Traveling home from the beach, stopped in this location with my Dad & his wife for lunch and experienced the employee I dealt with going above and beyond. She noticed and tended to my multiple needs without me even asking… Everyone was also very friendly & clean facility and of course, as always, my Hook & Ladder was fab!!! I highly recommend this location. Thanks for making our travel dining a great experience!

The Manager was so friendly when we first walked in and continued from our order to delivery. The smiled and was positive with staff and made for a nice experience! Thank you to “KET” and everyone who works to make it an enjoyable experience ❤️

Good food like always! Consistent but there was a cubed peice of chicken in my loaded potato soup. I really didn’t mind it but if someone were allergic to it there would have been a problem with cross contamination.

The service is terrible. I have been several times and the people they have forgot to make a order or just don't care instead of just being on their phones. They use to be my main place to eat for lunch and now it's going down hill.

I cannot leave stars on food nor atmosphere as I went at 8:25pm and they were locked up but the door says 9pm close and online, so what gives? There was 2 employees in there behind the counter and I couldn’t be let in when your hours say different?

Went here to this location on Sunday, brought my friend that had never been here. I LOVE firehouse subs, but I will NEVER go here again. This is the SECOND bad experience I have had here in less than a year. VERY disappointing. Kinda made me look bad too. When we got home, no pickles, my sandwich was hard as rock on one side and soggy on the other. There were NO onions or tomatoes on my sandwich (my favorite part) - I always get the same sandwich, have done so for about 10 years. The sandwich was pretty gross if I am being honest. There was NO meat whatsoever on it. I am truly embarrassed I brought someone here. I hate to even say that. Please also make sure that the girls with LONG hair wear hairnets... Just gross. Yes, hair....LONG, curly, weavy hair....
