I got the blue cotton candy & bubble gum and it was the BEST THING EVER ??? soooo good! The ice is soft like ice cream almost and they give you A LOT and ALOT of the syrup which is my fav I hate asking for extra but no need for asking because they do it to perfection!
Hills of Snow, in business for over 3 decades, is one of our most favorite, long-time places in Smithfield. The domed building is shaped to be just like one of their icy treats, which are shaved to be just like snow. There are a plethora of flavors to choose from and outdoor seating. It's a definite must-stop when you're in the area!

Can't love this place any more on a hot, July afternoon. Come ready to make tough decisions... they have about a 100 flavors, plus a huge range of sizes to choose from. It's a little crazy but the young man at the counter was polite and patient, and the line of mostly regulars will what's the "best" (in their opinion, anyway). My personal favorite is sour cherry plus sour orange. The husband says tiger's blood is the best! The dog stuck to his usual "pup cup".
