An hour after placing our delivery order, we received a text that order was on the way. 5 minutes later, we get another text that order has been cancelled. Called store, stayed on hold for over 10 minutes. Called customer service number and they said order was cancelled because when door dash driver arrived, our order had been given to another delivery driver in error. I Do NOT recommend Little Caesars in Smithfield at all, on Monday May 21st I ordered a cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks ! I had to give both pizzas back to them because on the pepperoni pizza all the toppings were smeared to the side of it and the cheese pizza was burnt - they can’t tell me they didn’t at least see it was burnt when they pulled it out of the oven and did they have to hold my pepperoni pizza on it’s side or something !
