So I came in here for a quick bite, now i know lunch rush was going to begin so i expected a bit of a delay, i ordered 4 drinks 3 of them were regular fountain drinks and only 1 could’ve taken 4 minutes, i had to wait 24 MINUTES FOR MY DRINK and they didn’t even start until the last 4 AFTER WE TOLD THEM TO, i get it it can be stressful during busy hours and i get that they were trying their best but there is a fine line whether you’re being overwhelmed and being...read full review
The food and the service are good but the wait time is bad and really take away form this Taco Bell
Food is always good at taco bell but the service SUCKS! If you order there or on the mobile app, it doesn't matter. You'll wait an hour. I ordered it at 5:38 and didnt even get my order until 6:30. Some employees acted like me and like 11 others waiting were the problem. This is why I barely go to the taco bell here. Save money and time and go to the rosewood one. You'll get your food and be home faster than if you went here 🤷♀

This Taco Bell location is known for its friendly staff and hot, fresh food with minimal wait times. Customers appreciate the Grilled Cheese box meal and cinnamon bonbons for dessert. The food is delicious and well-prepared, and many reviews highlight the swift and courteous service. One customer noted that a staff member was consistently updating guests about their order timing and ensuring accuracy, which shows a strong level of customer service. Although some mention that cleanliness and behavior of all employees could be improved, others have remarked on the restaurant's cleanliness, with tables kept wiped down and the soda machine being clean. Overall, this Taco Bell is a favorite spot for many due to the great service and tasty offerings, making it worth visiting again.
