This food truck has some of the best brisket I’ve ever eaten. I got the grilled cheese brisket and it was amazing. If you’re a fan of bbq and see this truck you HAVE to check it out. I will definitely be tracking them down again.

The food is good but not great. The brisket is chopped and not sliced, and comes covered in a BBQ sauce similar to sweet baby Ray's. It's hard to avoid the really fatty chunks, and they don't ask you if you want sauce on it or not. The person taking the order seemed super annoyed to be there and the tipping system is kinda awkward. They just ask you out loud if you'd like to leave 15, 20, or 25 percent tip. All for getting the tips since I know the food business can be a big headache, but that's usually something you click the screen for instead of just shouting it out for all to hear as judgement gets cast. Okra and fries are really good! Just know the online menu don't be the same as when you get to the truck. Was hoping for peach cobbler and pulled chicken for a relative that was hoping for chicken, but they weren't doing chicken that day. Definitely worth checking out, just a few things to know ahead of time!

I ate here on bugfest with my boyfriend. When we ordered they were out of every kind of drink including water except soda. There were two cooks and only three people ahead of us, but it took 15 minutes to get two sandwiches and fries. We were also not given napkins. ?
