Big fan of Outback Steakhouse in Smithfield NC but the last 5-6 times we have ordered our order has been lousy. Usually do pickup and they never have what you ask for in the bag.
I asked specifically for extra honey mustard to go with my 2 entrees takeout delivery waitress informs me she checked the bag and it had plenty in it. They didn’t give me but 1 extra for each entree and only one butter for the bread and no butter or sour cream for the potatoes

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to [outback steakhouse “Smithfield N.C.”]. I ordered my steak cooked to a medium, but it arrived overcooked and dry, not pink at all, Mind you it’s a $32 bone ribeye. The waitress was real sweet and nice She took it back for them to cook another one. Our server was so awesome in accommodating my food intolerances so I could enjoy a safe meal away from home and the food was really good! The Wallaby Darned cocktail was delicious. My shrimp was so perfectly cooked and delightfully spicy. Highly recommend!

She was patient and ensured everything was to our liking. Will and all the wonderful staff at Outback Steakhouse restored faith in restaurant customer service. Will went above and beyond and truly made dining a wonderful experience.
