Got a burger and Cesar salad. The salad was good. The burger was lacking. The appearance was small with few things on it. Disappointed. Our server did not come back to refill our drinks when needed. Servers: if the patron puts their drink on the end of the table, refill it. The affects a tip. The server was very polite but not as attentive as she should have been.

You can count on an Outback to have good food and nice people to help you decide what you are really hungry for. Our server Jen was informative and made sure we had all the information before we made our final meal choices. I had the Wedge with Bleu cheese and all the trimmings. So good! Also got a petite Filet with tender asparagus and some chimichurri sauce on the side. Spicy and delish!

1/10/2026 Saturday Me and my girl went kind of early to get a table, around 4:30. It wasn't to busy when we got there, but waiting for our food was rather long. We started with a 1/2 of a blooming onion. It was different tasting then the whole blooming onion. Can't put my finger on it. But it was tasting different. I ordered a blooming burger and I wanted it cooked well done. I'll be damn if it was totally pink on the inside. I had to get the manager over and he asked if I wanted a replacement I said no way. And my f/f's were stone cold. The Outback Steak House just lost a few more customers today.

Worse experience ever! Salad drenched in dressing, weird tasting blooming onion, undercooked burger with cold fries, & burnt coconut shrimp. We waited over an hour for food having arrived at 4:45pm. (Not yet busy) . We will spend our money elsewhere from now on!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I placed a to‑go order for a Bloomin’ Onion and two side salads. When I ordered, the woman taking my call told me it would be about a 15–20 minute wait. I ended up waiting a little over 40 minutes—definitely inconvenient, but not something I would normally complain about.
After about 25 minutes, the manager on duty, Fred, came out to my car to apologize for the delay. He explained that there had been a mistake while cooking the Bloomin’ Onion and he didn’t feel comfortable serving it, so they were making a new one, which would extend the wait. Again, inconvenient, sure—but not the end of the world.
When my food was finally ready, Fred personally brought it out instead of sending a curbside server. He apologized again, covered the cost of my order, and even offered a coupon for a free appetizer on my next visit. While those gestures were generous, they aren’t the reason for the five stars.
What really stood out was Fred’s honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. He came out on his own to explain the delay, took responsibility, and followed through by delivering the food himself. Mistakes happen in any industry, but how you handle them makes all the difference. Fred turned what could have been an annoying and frustrating night into a fantastic experience.
Our waitress Serenity was the best waitress we have ever had in our lives and we do a lot of eating out. She was so wonderful. It was like she was a longtime friend or part of our family. She made our experience so awesome. We can't wait to go back.! We had to go talk to the manager to tell him never let her go, and he assured us she wasn't going anywhere! Shes awesome!!!! If you're in the area and your knee or you're not, and you've never eaten here, you're missing out on good people Great food the waitress was so entertaining. We had a ball. We forgot we were out to eat.!!! Go eat here and ask for Serenity and No matter what waitress you get always tip Them well because they deserve it. The food was awesome delicious hot can't wait to go back.!!! They have good deals also

The bathrooms are disgusting. The entire restaurant smells like stagnant mop water. And wear non-slip shoes.... The floor hasn't been cleaned in forever and you can slide on through.

We use to come years ago but stopped after covid because the restaurant went down hill. Everything from the food to the service was bad. BUT that all changed with the new management/owner! They completely turned the place around!the server we had was amazing! The owner even came and checked on every table. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday, and after the cake and song, they even brought her a present! The food was on point! Hot, fresh and cooked perfect! I definitely recommend going here now with the new management!
