Me and my family came here for dinner recently and it was not at all what we expected being that most restaurants around here always serves us well. First off it took more than 20 minutes for us to get our drinks. We asked our waiter after 15 minutes and she said she was going to get them and it still took her a while. Secondly we ordered an appetizer that also took more than 20 minutes to come out so at this point we are sitting at the table with no drinks , no bread or an appetizer. Our waiter constantly passed us to Cater to other tables which was very rude especially seeing that we have nothing on our table. A waiter that was not ours brought us our salads after 25 minutes of waiting and I kindly asked her if she could check on our appetizer and she brought it right out. The appetizer was burnt and cold so it must have been sitting for a while. When our food came my family member potato was hard with barely any toppings, and his steak was tough all over, my burger was pink, even tho I asked for well done. Our waiter finally came to us after passing us many times and asked us did we need anything. During her whole walk around she gave others who had just sat down their drinks and appetizers before us. The service was just terrible and not at all what we expected being that we are outback lovers. We felt very overlooked and we certainly was not happy with anything during this visit being that we spent a lot of money with high expectations of the food being good

My friends and I met at Outback for a Christmas lunch. Smithfield is in the middle for us to meet. Kanijah was our waitress, and she was fabulous!!!!! The food was hot and cooked perfectly. A manager came by our table twice to make sure everything was ok. Great job!

Our waitress was Kanijah and she was delightful!! She was pleasant, friendly and accommodating!! Ten out of ten rating! Justin, the manager was superb, he came around to make sure we were happy with our drinks, checked in with us before our dinner arrived and was very attentive! Definitely makes you want to come back!!!!

“I came in with an Allergy and Justin the Manager came over to Assure I had nothing to worry about and personally brought out my dish to make sure I was satisfied and checked on me and my husband to make sure Our whole visit was lovely. I would definitely be coming in to visit I felt so at home “
I had Kanijah as our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. All smiles, came and checked on us and on top of refills.
