Placed an online order, apparently it was decided to not even make it because this location didn’t have any large or medium pizzas????!!!!! How is this even possible when the actual word PIZZA is in the name of your restaurant chain???? Also the store never even attempted to contact me to let me know, just decided to not make the order and deal with it when I went to pickup at the window and wasted my time and effort. Came in today before work and order a personal pan and cheese bread. Was told 10 min wait. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food because they forgot to put the cheese bread in. Pizza was put in a warmer that caused it to dry out. They knew they messed up and didn’t compensate me for my time wasted. Didn’t have time to talk with manager but when receiving my order I did say that it’s been 30 minutes and then that was messed up to take so long.
