Inform me when you’re substituting what I ordered because I don’t eat any and everything and having just given birth to a healthy son is not an easy task and the first thing that was wanted was Pizza Hut box. But got back to the hospital and it was a pizzone or something of the likes, it wasn’t a personal pan though so I had to go back and hear that they were out of personal pans and had to buy a medium and thinking he’d put the honey bbq boneless wings but didn’t and said it’d be about 20 more minutes wait and appx. $13.00 for 8 so instead of taking her cold pizza I just had to accept that but was very dissatisfied with how it went!
Our server was great and pizza was delicious! The marinara sauce seemed different tonight so that wasn't great and the carpet was pretty sticky but we enjoyed our evening.

Don't come to Pizza Hut in Smithfield NC around 3:45 or 4:00. They have nothing ready. There was no salad bar ready. They didn't have a server. There was a young lady in the back on her phone and several others in back not acknowledging that we were in the lobby. Waited 30 mins with no service and no food

9/13/24 we walk in at 11:30am to eat lunch. You are greeted by a sign that says exact cash or use card. Which is fine. The next hand written sign says see checkout to be seated. I walk up to the counter and had to peek around the wall for someone to know I was there. The lady comes up and asks are you picking up or placing an order. I said neither I would like to dine in. She then tells me it’s carry out only the dinning room is closed. So I walked out and went to Pizza Inn. Seems to be common thing for this Pizza Hut based on others reviews.

Customer service is just bad. The manager is just too rude. I quit going because of her a while back and even when I go to pick up a delivery she’s still rude. I don’t get it.

Not very demure, not very mindful …. Does this look like a $4 order of fries to anyone else? I was shocked to open the container to find what looks like HALF an order of fries. Also ordered wings and they literally put sauce in the container and the wings were just sitting on top with no sauce. I didn’t get a picture because I realized this on my way home from picking it up only because the container they were in kept popping open and wouldn’t stay closed no matter what. I had to use one hand to hold it closed the entire ride home. Pizza was okay but as someone else pointed out it wasn’t stable and the bottom crust was soggy. For the price (that continues to rise) issues like this are unacceptable. Simple quality control issues that should easily be checked and prevented before an order is given to a customer.

This used to be the best Pizza Hut I've ever been to, what a difference a short time makes. Employees smoking inside the restaurant, another walking around in his black and white checkered underwear. Bathrooms were disgusting, dining room was disgusting, from the dining room you could clearly see into the kitchen where 2 employees were wrestling with each other between preparing someone's food, without washing hands. There's no service here, they just point to soda machine and say get it yourself. Their homeless woman came in from outside and had no problem going behind the counter to ask for a lighter as well. Eat here at your own risk. The employees seem to not care at all. Good luck
Walks in me and my family first thing he say is no waitress but I can sit but no waitress the bread sticks was hard not cut up the pizza was over cooked over all it's pretty inside but service is poor

Went to Pizza Hut in Smithfield to sit down and order a pizza. Arrived at 7:50 pm. The sign on the door said it closes at 10 pm. Walked in and had to walk over to the register to get someone to talk to us. A cook came from the kitchen, asked if he could help us. Told him we wanted to eat in. He said that the dining room was about to close at 8 pm. I asked if we could sit down and eat. He replied we could order and carry it out. We left. There was only 2 people in our party. If they close the dining room earlier than closing time, it should have been posted on the door!! Guess we'll have to find another decent pizza place.
