“Customer service was great when picking up my mobile order. Accidentally received the wrong pretzel the day prior and did not realize until that night. Came back the next day and asked if I could get the pretzel I ordered. To which they didn’t even hesitate to give me a new pretzel and even offered a free lemonade. They went above and beyond to correct the mistake! Great customer service and great experience!“
