The baristas are always super nice and make a point to talk with you. Its really nice. Great drive through coffee place. These are everywhere in PNW I never understood why they aren't everywhere everywhere!

We stopped in today and was very disappointed with the service. I ordered multiple food and drink items. One item being the caramilicious muffin but was handed to me cold. I asked if it could be warmed up and was very rudely told no.

Ordered a XL mocha blender with have the cream base & 4 extra shots of expresso all I got was something that tasted like sweet milk. When I told them about it the girl laughed & didn’t offer to remake it told me if I didn’t want it to throw it away. She was very rude. Never in my time going here have I been treated that poorly, do not go to the one in Smithfield. Wasted almost $14.

I go to scooters in Smithfield NC every morning after working my overnight shift at the hospital and today was the second time I have encountered the same girl at window at 7am I believe she is Hispanic well she is rude as hell she has bad attitude and should not be at the window she down talk to you she acts like your bothering her. This is the only person I have ever had an issue with and like I said I go there quite a bit. Now I am second guessing my choice for mornings and just thinking maybe I need to make trip down road to Dunkin or Starbucks.. I am very upset that they have someone like this working there. No one else has ever been like this.

We love this place have never had a not do good experience today we go here at b le a week order a medium Caramelicious kasked for blended but ask not blended a lot got to the windows the oung girl was not has friendly has the rest are the rest have always been so nice and friendly they brought the drink shoed it to me me it looked very not blended at all they did ask if it was to much I said yes they did re make it the second one was so thick you could barely get any thru the straw had no coffee or Carmel taste now they may have been new we have never seen those two hopefully they get better BIT WE WILL STILL NE GETTING OUR COFFEE FROM THERE THE GOOD OUT WEIGHS INE BAD TIME STILL LOVE THAT PLACE
