I gave it 5 stars because of the food. It is very much homestyle mexican cooking with some foods never found hardly anywhere. Foods are fresh and hot. Keep walking if atmosphere is what you need. It is a small cafe. It has a wall menu, a selection of deli style foods are offered with some daily specials. You can sit-in or take out. Good tacos, delicious dishes, nice atmosphere and service, only down part area to small and it can get really crowded, but your money is very well worth it for the amount of food you get served on any order, highly recommended!!!

The food here is an amazing! I grew up in southern Texas near the border. Living here allowed me to experience authentic Mexican cuisine. Ramos was a welcomed blast from the past. Not only is the food prepared perfectly, the staff was welcoming and offered samples of different dishes while we ate there. The decor is old and needs an updated look but who cares! It's was clean and packed and inviting.
