I hadn't eaten at the Riverview Cafe in many years until this visit. Honestly, since adopting a vegetarian diet, I didn't really consider it much of an option. However, I went with some family this time. They do have a vegetable plate. Although, I probably wouldn't recommend it for strict vegans the food was good, service was excellent. Loved the food. Very fresh and delicious. Don't recommend the butterfly shrimp though. Too chewy. They have homemade pies and cheesecake for dessert. We were too full to get dessert. But they looked delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food came out in a timely manner.Parking: They have a big parking lot across from restaurant. As well as plenty of parking at restaurant

This was our first time here and it won’t be our last! Everything we had was phenomenal...flounder, clams, scallops, oysters, fried zucchini…and the hush puppies were amazing!! We took a piece of coconut pie to go and it was delicious! Morgan was the best too!
