“Cool rural little coffee shop. Nitro cold brew was really good, my first time trying it. Friendly staff, has an outdoor seating area w a great view - it's located right next to the river which has a nice trail you can walk down while drinking your coffee :)”

“This is a great small town Mexican restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and very tentative. I will be going back and trying other dishes. I got the chori pollo and it was delicious. The refried beans were excellent to. Not every Mexican restaurant has good refried beans and I take that into consideration because I really enjoy them. The empanadas was very good as well. I do hope they eventually get beer, I think that would definitely set this little place off. I look forward to going back and trying more dishes.”

The review is as it was when Chef Isaiah Allen helmed the bridge.This is the only place in Saxapahaw that I will dine out at. Most importantly to me on an ethical level, they care about their employees. That shows in the care of service and in the love of the food that comes to my table.I very much enjoy going in here and having a wonderful meal, something that is good for me, in the company of an area that just to reminds me of a community gathering center. There is no restaurant or establishment in my opinion in the area that does a better job.Not that I know how these things work but it is my wish that one day Chef Isaiah receives a Michelin star for what he does at this place. “Was driving back from a golf trip to the airport and stopped here for a break and some BBQ. The server was lovely and it’s a cute spot inside. Food was great, lots of different sauces and the pulled pork and hush puppies were great. Mac and cheese was fantastic as well.”

“Owner should focus less on yelling/rushing at her employees and focus more on telling people to sit and not block the way of other people. I've noticed a couple of employees were getting frustrated with people blocking their way at the register with trays full of food. These people weren't ordering or checking out just standing there talking.Food was really good, towns water isn't at all good but I know y'all have no control over it. I recommend waffle fries and the chicken wings absolutely delicious! Waitresses were really nice even tho they were stressed and overwhelmed. I'll come back again someday.”
