So I am very displeased. I placed an online cake order 3 days ago. Pick up time was 230 today. My husband went to pick it up, he had to wait an hour for a cake that should have been made already. Which leads me to believe they hadn’t prepared my order. So then I get a cake that isn’t even what I ordered. That melted instantly and was misshaped.

A snotty teenager was not wearing a mask todayyet you require a mask for customers...not food preparers. Her retort was I wasn’t wearing a mask ...I was in my own car. Then she argued I was not 6ft distancing. IT WILL BE A COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE I RETURn
