“Had a great time at Hatchet Brewing Company! We had the best bartender Madison!! She was so incredibly nice and funny, made great drinks! We were there on the party trolley learning line dancing. They had the best specialty drink for us! They also served one of us their 1st ever HUGE pretzels.Which was great! I posted a picture of it and tagged them in it. “This is a loud place to eat, if you are triggered by noise. Even when there aren't that many patrons it is noisy. We eat there frequently though because my husband loves the chicken pad Thai, and the moo goo gi pan. The food is always prepared fresh. The service is sometimes slow, sometimes not. They have a good wait staff, just sometimes overwhelmed. Overall it is a good place to eat and we will definitely be back many times.“
