This Crumbl is sooo good I will be going again very soon
Cookies are good however tonight we went in there and got 2 cookies and had to wait 25 min. They weren’t even busy.

Ordered the Snickers Peanut Butter cookies and realized when we tried them that they had no snickers pieces, just peanuts, and the cookies tasted odd. I called to ask about it and was told a new batch was cooking and that I could come back in 1.5 hours to exchange the cookies. When I returned to the store the woman I had spoken with earlier immediately told me that once cookies leave the store they can't do anything to help so I couldn't exchange them. I asked why she told me to come back and she just told me nothing was wrong with my cookies (even though I showed her the issue) and kept repeating that once they leave the store they won't do anything to help. I would have been fine with this IF she hadn't told me to return. So embarrassing, and definitely won't be returning to this location again. Plus it was curbside pickup and I wasn't shown my cookies so I had no way of checking them before leaving.
Update: I contacted the local Crumbl store by email after they responded to my review telling me that they would make it right and they never followed up with me.

We went to this location today and the customer service was WONDERFUL. She was so helpful and made us feel so welcome. My husband and I are on our honeymoon and this weekend was our first time going to any crumbl. Best experience ever. Will return!
The costumer service is outstanding. And the cookies 🍪 are awesome.
