Ice cream was delicious. Toppings were so good. And they had pinball!
I had the dole whip which was amazing! Kids had a sundae and a milkshake. All really good and staff was super friendly!
Hit up BLVD Ice Cream tonight and the ice cream was really good- and the customer service was even better- the young girls working in there were really patient with my daughter who is autistic and had a hard time with all the choices, they offered to let her taste any flavors and didn’t rush her, they were very kind- over all 10/10 recommend!!

BLVD Ice Cream Co. in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina offers a great selection of ice cream and soft serve. Friendly staff includes an upbeat positive female staff member. Customers can pick the color of straw and use instructions on how to use the straw correctly. The oatmeal cookie is delicious. The vegan vanilla menu item is unclear if it contains nut milk, as staff could not answer. The marine‑themed bathroom is smartly‑decorated and the atmosphere is educational.
