“Yummy! You go through a line of self serve ice cream (soft) in various flavors. Then you go through a self serve area of toppings, including fruit, candy bars, brownie cubes, sprinkles, nuts, and sauces. Your order is weighed to determine the price. If you notice there are dollar bills and coins everywhere. The owners collect it all at the end of the year and donate for autism. Great business!“

“Stopped for the ice cream fell in love with the cookies. The ice cream is from a NC creamery and I recommend the Lemon Crunch 🍋 But the cookies are a blessing for your taste buds. I got the coconut cookie and my husband raved about the white chocolate macadamia. I wish we had tried this sooner... but it's 10 miles down the beach 😆“

“The best ice cream on the beach! It’s all homemade using the finest ingredients. The flavor combos the master chef creates will give you a treat that cannot be matched anywhere else. I try to get something different each visit but everything is so delicious it’s hard not to want a scoop of the flavors I already love plus try something new that I know I’ll enjoy just as much! “I got hooked on açaí bowls this summer and was delighted to find two locations at OBX! Tried both locations and had a bowl every day we were there on our 3 day trip. Service is friendly, fast and accurate. My family and I had açaí bowls, smoothies and ice Cream between us and everything was delicious. It was a nice, cool place to hang out and enjoy our treats and it was so cool to see local art displayed for purchase. Will definitely be back again.“

“The LOBSTER ROLL is the BEST!!! Ignore any comment about price or size....it is WORTH IT! So delicious and the roll compliments the flavors so well! It's the first stop when we roll into town on vacation! So much love and good food from this shop! Perfectly situated on the Beach Road...don't let the small business fool ya!! “For years now we have been going to this Booty Treats location. This year we were pleasantly surprised to see a renovation inside which was nicer for the customers. It does get a bit loud and Costco-style busy but worth it. We always enjoy sitting out back at the picnic tables or ample rail seats around the grassy area. Recommend giving it a try.“

“Had my first Booty Treat tonight, was amazing!! Definitely try the freeze - has both shaved ice and ice cream pieces! I enjoy the watermelon shaved ice, the other avors are so amazing.
There are 2 locations, the other location is a bit larger and has a merch shop.
Go for the cold sweet treat after dinner.“

“I've been coming down to the Outer Banks every November for the past 32 years. Somehow I had never ran across this gem. The coffee and ice cream are perfect. We really enjoyed the malt. I also thoroughly enjoyed their specialty menu for The Fall season! We went several days and enjoyed the view, everyone that we met who worked there was great! We loved the swanky seating, the eccentric seating, and the overall beauty of this place! HIGHLY recommend checking it out!!!“

“Came here for vacation n wanted to stop n see how good the ice cream was I got the Carolina peach n blueberry burst flavors they were some the best flavors especially the blueberry it was probably the best blueberry ice cream I’ve ever had I got em in a waffle cone n it was freshly made really great 10/10 would love to go back!!!“

“This place is amazing. My daughter and husband got the gluten free maple, sprinkles and strawberry donuts. They have celiac and haven’t had a real good donut in a long time. They were so happy. I had the regular donut with chocolate peanut butter and it was wonderful. Whether you have a gluten allergy or not this is a great place. Owner was super nice and gave helpful GF suggestions for us on the island. Gift shop is cute too!“

“Stopped for the pizza and ice-cream, ended up with the fried shrimp po boy as well. Food was absolutely amazing, 1 slice is like 2 slices, the po boy was enough to feed 2 people (it also comes with chips), the ice-cream was thick, creamy, not too sweet and not over minty. The cashier was super sweet too, out door seating but was a beautiful day.“

“Store and employees are great. Crumbl needs to step up now. Quit changing everything. It has gotten to the point where you have so many ingredients that the cookies are like everything bagels…..everything but the kitchen sink. Then when a cookie is rated good it never gets back in the queue again. Then you took away the milk chocolate chip cookie and the new chocolate chip cookie has a weird flavor. The original chocolate chip cookies were perfect!“

“I pulled into this classic fast-food spot during my road trip because I was absolutely craving something sweet, and it completely hit the spot. The drive-thru line was moving really fast, and the worker who took my order was incredibly upbeat and friendly. I ordered a medium soft-serve ice cream treat blended with crushed chocolate candies, and it was served to me perfectly thick and frozen. The vanilla soft-serve is always so smooth and creamy, and they definitely did not skimp on the toppings mixed inside. It is a super reliable and nostalgic place to stop for a quick, delicious treat whenever you are traveling on a warm afternoon.“

“My wife and I shared a banana split. It was great! We asked for fresh strawberries and pineapple instead of the strawberry and pineapple sauces and they did it. Fresh fruit makes a huge difference. We loved it -- and it was beautiful too!
