Not sure if this is a typical experience when ordering takeout but we arrived 15 minutes after placing the order. Upon arrival, the tracker still said prepping. Waited a few 5 more minutes and wondered if the tracker wasn't updating. Went in to check and our 2 basic pizzas and not even gone into bake nor did it seem they were going to until I checked on it. 15 minutes later I got my pizzas. They did seem busy but had about 10 people working.

I ordered pizza and cinnamon knots. The driver got lost! I paid extra for icing for my knots, did not got it! I called and the manager/ owner he talked over me then yelled at me! So I’m calling the regional office. You do not own that!

Staff are super quick, professional. The pizza and tater tots are the best! Food was well prepared and ready when I arrived for pick up. Good location, ample parking. In the Walmart Shopping Center on Howe Street, Southport.

Pizza was sloppy and WAY overloaded with sauce. Ordered online and told me it would be ready in 25 minutes. When arrived for pickup was still being prepped.Waited way to long for terrible food.

I mean I do recommend it but I got a medium pizza last night that was so sad and soggy and half cooked. I couldn’t even eat it. I had one slice that was good to eat. I ate the crust off another piece and even the crust was sad. I’ve been here so many times that were good. This time was so sad. I called and called and no one picked up. Then I had to go to work before I could go back. In the photo is the sad pizza not even 10 hours later.
