My wife eats salmon everywhere we go for 38 years, and for only the second time ever- salmon was sent back due to " it likely sitting around too long" according to her and I value her opinion on salmon ( waitress was great about the situation).And why, on the Atlantic ocean, with all the fish swimming around, they mostly feature fish from the Pacific ocean????

Food was excellent and fresh! Super friendly waitress and nice variety of food choices.
My husband and I both ordered the "Backline Combo"..... oh my goodness, it was AMAZING!! It's grilled blackened fish and grilled blackened shrimp. It was the best food we've had since coming to Southport. If you like grits, YOU MUST TRY THE GRITS AS A SIDE. Oh my goodness, best grits ever! We will be going back before leaving this week.
