This place is very cool and unlike any other. It's a bar right on the water, and you have to buy a membership for a dollar before coming in. The drinks and service are great and it's a really fun place to hang out at during the way or on a Friday night. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the prices are kind of steep. Not terrible - but definitely on the more expensive side.
Great location on Cape Fear River and the intercoastal in Southport, NC. Bar does not serve food, but plenty of restaurants close by such as Provisions. This is a great place to chill ad the sun goes down after dinner.

This was such a fun spot to visit when I was out on the east coast to see my friend this summer. I am a big Nicholas Sparks junkie and the town of Southport is where many of his movies were filmed, or maybe specifically just Safe Haven. Either way, lots to see and so many fun picture moments.
