Savannah at Nonnie's Baking Company absolutely knocked it out of the park with our daughter's wedding cake! From our first consultation, she took the time to truly understand our vision and expertly guided us through every decision to create the perfect cake for the Oak Island celebration.

The final result was breathtaking—a stunning two-tier masterpiece with elegant dark green lace detailing on the bottom tier and a beautifully textured white top tier. The fresh flowers in vibrant pinks and soft creams were arranged so artfully that the cake looked like a work of art against the beach backdrop. Guests couldn't stop taking photos of it!

But beyond the gorgeous design, the cake tasted absolutely incredible. It's rare to find a wedding cake that delivers on both beauty and flavor, but Savannah nailed it on both fronts.

Her professionalism, creativity, and genuine care for making our day special really shone through. She wasn't just a vendor; she became part of what made our daughter's wedding so memorable. The cake was a highlight of the reception, and we have Savannah to thank for that.

I ordered 3 dozen cupcakes for a baby shower recently and can I just say that the owner was so communicative, on top of her stuff and did a fabulous job. Out of 4 places we had placed orders for food she was the only business that came through with actually producing the order and getting it perfect. Such a standout service and I would definitely recommend her as a 5 star service and will use her in the future. Her cupcakes were so gorgeous. Just what I was looking for!

Savannah was an absolute dream to work with—so responsive, helpful, and easygoing from the very beginning. We scheduled a formal tasting and were so glad we did. Our wedding was small, so we went a bit unconventional with our dessert choices, and Savannah was incredibly flexible, accommodating all of our requests. We ended up choosing three different cake flavors (they were all SO delicious, there was no way we could narrow it down to one), and she guided us on how to best bring our vision to life.

We had originally planned on just having cake, but after tasting her snickerdoodle cookies at the shop, we knew everyone at our wedding needed to try them—they were that good! The cakes were decorated beautifully, exactly as we discussed, and looked even better in person. We’ll definitely be using Nonnie's Baking Co. for all of our future dessert needs, and we can’t wait to stop by her shop every time we pass through. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you, Savannah!!

Time got away from this busy mom and before I knew it, my daughters birthday was upon us. Nonnie’s took our last minute order and did amazing. Communication was smooth and quick, flavor, and detail of theme for our cupcakes were excellent. Will definitely be back to try all things!!

Savannah and her staff are amazing, to say the least! My niece, Blair, wanted a special cake for her ‘soon-to-be-husband . Savannah didn’t hesitate, even though she was going out of town. The cake was outstanding delicious, the decorations so precise. Thank you so much for adding the finishing touches to a gorgeous wedding!

I cannot say enough good things about Nonnie’s and Savannah. I got a custom cake for my gender reveal and placed an order over email from CT for pick up during our family vacation in OKI. Savannah was super easy to communicate with, the cake came out perfect and everyone raved about the taste. One of our group was gluten free and she made sure to have rice crispy treats on hand, but they also do GF cupcakes!

I reached out to Nonnies bakery to have them make a custom cake for my sisters bachelorette and they created it better than I could’ve imagined! I sent a couple inspo photos and they nailed it! I am always absolutely amazed at the service here. I ordered a cake for my son’s 6th birthday and everything came out perfect. The guy at the counter made sure to box it up nice and even held the door open on the way out to my car so no accidents happen. I picked the cake up 2 days before the party due to their hours, but even then the cake was good (although a tad dry) and the buttercream was so smooth. Compared the other bakeries I’ve been too, I would say her cakes are reasonably priced as well.
