ordered off door dash an every sub was half portions of what you would get when walking in seems to happen every time we've ordered offline

The service given to me on the night of 11/11/25 was phenomenal! After a long day, the kids and I stopped by Subway to grab some sandwiches, and the employee named Dillion had an amazing attitude. We talked about life and faith for a bit while he was making my sandwiches. He stayed focused on making sure my sandwiches were perfect, all while engaging in conversation with me and my children. When he was ringing me up, my card declined, and he walked out from behind the counter and paid for the food without hesitation! I was stunned by this incredible act of kindness. It brought me to tears, as I’ve been struggling financially and going out to eat has been difficult with everything being so expensive. He truly has no idea how much he helped us tonight. I hope you read this, Dillion, thank you!

Hey. Another friend of mine is at the doctor from eating here. Food poisoning. I been telling everyone what they do here. Im going to leave a sheet about food safety here just in case they need it. I hope they take the time to read this. Especially the Managers Nathan andDonnie. Who doesn't even understand what temp his refrigerator is supposed to keep his food.

I came into Subway expecting the same service as last time. Shockingly, I was proven wrong. Dylan went above and exceeded my expectations for this store. I came in ordering a footlong meatball sub, he explained to me kindly and professionally as to why they had no meatballs for today, and talked with me patiently and helped me decide on another sub!! It was delicious! Thank you so much Dylan, you’re awesome!!!! He made everyone’s sandwich in line with a smile, even the rude ones. 9/10. Would definitely eat here again! A way better time than my past experiences here.

Do not eat there you will get sick. The manager Donnie will not care. The people that work there do not clean up or throw food away or store it or label it properly like they should. The employees vape in the back kitchen prep area.

Service is not welcoming. I was gonna stop to get dinner after shopping at Walmart and my husband walk in to ask if they were still open because we notice the chairs were up and the girl that was working tonight 10/06 gave us an attitude and she never replied if they were open even though there was still 45min according to their store hrs. We just walk away because the attitude is unacceptable.

went in for lunch expecting to get what i asked for. when i first got there, an older lady asked if the cookies they had out were the only ones they had & the worker responded “i am about to bake some in 10 minutes but we have been prepping veggies and sandwiches. we are out of basically everything. we haven’t got our truck, we’ve been busy prepping. SO i think that is more WAY more important than COOKIES.” very rude and abruptly. then when i ordered i asked for two pizzas because personally i don’t like their subs.. when the worker asked the other, the other responded by saying “we do have them but they are not thawed so we can’t use them.” in a very rude manner. did not offer to set some out to thaw or put anything in for me so i decided not to order at all.

Ridiculous how I ordered 4 sandwiches at 1115 am and they were to be ready at 1140 am and it is now 12:03 and they still are not ready even though the app clearly says they were ready!!!! Crazy how you all worry about your numbers and say things are ready when they clearly are not!!! I think it is very unprofessional and they should never have notified me via app that they were done just for their sake!!! And all I get from the employee is sorry!!! This is completely unacceptable I get 5 to 10 minutes behind times but this is clearly over 30 minutes!!!!

I ordered a foot long meat ball sub,and after I paid I asked the lady for a receipt and she told me that she ran out of receipt, I also asked her for some napkins, her reply was that she has no receipts to give because she couldn't find a new roll of tape,and no napkins,I think that management needs to make sure that staff know where to find things as I am here on business and I needed a receipt to get my money back because everything is reimbursement, and if I knew this I would have not left a tip,poor service!
I ordered the #10 club on Italian herb and cheese with double meat, which I paid extra for, online... When I get it home it was on regular white bread which was crunchy not soft (no I didn't get it toasted) it had 6 thin slices of ham and turkey which would be 3 slices each on each half... If that's double meat then Subway you have some work to do... And last, this is a club... Ham, turkey, and bacon... Well it had very little ham and very little turkey but HAD NO BACON!!! I tried to call after I got home but no one answered of course!!!! Subway used to be great!!! Now they are a joke and a major let down!!! I have pictures but I cant seem to add them on here!!! Bottom line!! Subway inside Walmart in Southport North Carolina, you are absolutely horrible!!!

Went to Subway in the Walmart in Southport and the guy behind the counter had no personality and was very rude.
He didn’t ask us for our order. Just walked up and stood there. We had to ask if he was ready. When we asked for fresher lettuce because it was brown and soggy, he said it looked fine to him.
We told him that it was not fresh and just walked out. Willl never eat at a Subway again!

Closed over a half hour earlier than posted hours
Bread was old and after it was toast it was hard as a brick. Chicken dippers was like chewing gum, it keep growing. Meatballs was old and tasted like the refrigerator. Small kids running around in the store and behind the counter. Lettuce looked like it had been in the bar for 2 or 3 days, brown. Tomatoes where green and the cutting knives cup was nasty mayo all around the top of it. Will not eat here again.
