Jalessia greeted me and made my smoothie. When i received my smoothie it had a little note saying “like you, today will be beautiful.” This melted my heart and made my day!!

My fiancé and a coworker ate here on 3/29 and got food poisoning. Tried to call them and report it, but they didn’t answer. (It is Easter) They both had chicken. Just be cautious! We’ve ate there plenty and never had a problem.

Lynn C is the name on my smoothie and if that's who took care of me this morning she is amazing! Very kind helpful and welcoming! She is what good service is all about!! I haven't even tasted my food yet, I felt she truly deserves recognition- and I hope tropical smoothie knows what a wonderful employee they have!

Always thought the smoothies tasted a little fake, and then I found out why through a friend that worked there. The smoothies consist of 70% ice, 3 heaping tablespoons of sugar, a small handful of fruit, and then 60% of the fruits labeled in the smoothie area actually fruit syrup concentrates. Not sure you can even call that a smoothie. The additional horror stories of sanitation she included was more than enough for me to steer clear for good. Yuck

I would give this half a star or no stars if I could. My mom and I decided to eat in here tonight there was no customers inside and now I understand why because of the language and one of the young men working said the “F word” several times even told his coworker to “f-ing” do it (talking about making our food) I think it was highly rude on how he talked to his coworker,we were gonna eat inside but decided to take it to go since his language ruined our appetite. Most definitely WILL NOT be going back ever again.

Love the food, but this particular store forgets to put it in the bag half of the time. I get tired of paying for something and not getting it. I usually have it delivered (to save time)so by then, it is too late to correct

Manager needs some training herself. Left 2 clueless kids there to try to run the place on their own.Never coming back.

They should treat their employees better.
