“Great food, along with great people!. I got the chicken wing lunch plate with French fries, collards, with cornbread, and banana pudding. The fry seasoning has to grow on me, but the banana pudding is to die for!. Same thing goes for the chicken wings, absolutely delicious!. The collards are great as well. And, I got the heavenly lemonade which is so good!. Definitely recommend!.“

“We just picked it out of our maps for what is close by . We are so glad we stopped. The smoker is going on the front deck and the smell will lure you. We shared a rack of ribs and it was so good. Very friendly staff. Sweet potato casserole was so good too.“

“My Aunt Bertha took my sister and I out for dinner today. I had a Catfish dinner with Mac and cheese. My sister had a Pork Chop dinner with Field peas and collard greens. Auntie had the Spot Fish sandwich with hush puppies. Everything was delicious We had the Chitterlings and rice to go.“

“Y’all run don’t walk. This place has the most delicious soul food I’ve ever had from a restaurant. Large portions, seasoned and fried to perfection. My sides are were amazing. The street corn, mashed potatoes, gravy and collards were unbelievable. Make sure you check them out.“

“I've been eating NC bbq my whole life, I even cook whole hogs myself, so believe me when I say this was the best chopped pork bbq sandwiches I've ever had. The flavor of their sauce is outstanding. My only complaint was service time to get two bbq sandwiches with slaw to go was 20 minutes. “We ordered the fried pork chops, pork ribs, oxtail, chitterlings, & many kinds of side dishes, & all of them were delicious. The service was great. Will definitely come again next time we're in town. Allow some time for them to cook your food.“
