“I read the reviews before we went and I thought they were too good to be true, BOY WAS I WRONG!! I was impressed by the lady behind the bar tonight. She was nice, and seemed so genuine. “First time ever at a Kickback restaurant and we were blown away!!! We ordered two appetizers and meals. We found out the appetizers were a meal. Our food was amazing! The atmosphere was so much fun, nearly everyone in the place was singing along to the music. Our total came to 87.00 and we’ll worth it. Our server was so top notch. She was friendly and never once left us waiting for her. So thank you for providing us with a wonderful experience all around. More restaurants could and should model after you. I bet you’re glad they don’t Thanks again!“

“Bourbon Street Chicken and shrimp great dish. Cooked perfectly , great flavor. Appetizer, boneless chicken wings, good but slightly over cooked, a little dry, good thing for the extra sauce. All in all pretty good meal. Service was good however only saw waitress 3 time over the period we were there. I could have done with another glass of tea but I didn't know when/if she was going to return.“

“Don’t know if Saturday’s is a dress down day for some staff members, which I don’t have a problem with, however when some members appearance is not professional and appear unclean, that’s a problem and unappealing in such a nice restaurant. My waitress and food server were very courteous and professional. Shift Managements need look at and smell your workers prior to shift. The public deserve it!“

“My husband put in an order for wings for Super Bowl night and was floored. Firstly, the manager greeted him at the door (and opened it for him). He said they had tables set up and full of all the orders they were pushing out in preparation for the day! The food was delicious, everything was labeled, organized and just as we ordered. Just wanted to share that this BWW team is amazing! Kudos to you all and will continue ordering - thank you!!“

“Pyrates is the place to where you can have a great time or just chill on a bar stool while playing some pool. Also Where the owner great everyone who walks in with a welcoming smile. Plus Pyrates has great friendly bartenders that know what they are doing and great support staff. Last but not least the DJ that keeps the good vibes rolling.“
