CJ's BBQ Reviews
I went to CJs last Saturday after PolyCon. That's going to be a new tradition. I wasn't going to eat, just have a glass of wine but the smell of the BBQ that hit me when I opened the door made me think "I've gotta try something" and it was absolutely worth it!
Luckily circumstances played out in my favor so I got to try a sampling of Tri-tip, beef ribs, and pork ribs. The beef rib was my favorite but all the food was outstanding.

Incredibly good barbecue made by a wonderful people. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
I ordered cheese curds to start and received corn nuggets. We had a chicken philly( meat was so hard you couldn't eat), a burger, tenders ( were slimy?), and the ribs were by far the worst we've ever had. They were so tough and grisly. I bought food for 4 and we all threw it away! Very disappointed as we had fairly high hopes.

CJ's BBQ is a popular spot known for its delicious barbecue and friendly service. The pulled pork is tender and flavorful, and the sides, such as the slaw, baked beans, and sweet potato specialty side, are all great. Customers often praise the variety of menu options and comfortable seating. The staff, including the owner and chef, are friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere feel like home. Many visitors appreciate the excellent service, reasonable prices, and the wide selection of sauces, including some super-hot ones. The restaurant is also recognized for its catering services, providing top-notch food and service for large events. Recent experiences highlight the quality of the cheese burgers and onion rings, with some noting that the food is well-cooked and satisfying. However, there have been some changes, such as a policy requiring payment for bottled water at $2.99, and limited parking. Despite this, CJ's BBQ remains a favorite for lunch and dinner, offering a cozy, hole-in-the-wall atmosphere with tasty food and homemade desserts like peach cheesecake.
