Ordered fresh market turkey bacon sandwich. Got home with hard dried out bread, 1/2 a piece of bacon on entire sandwich and no tomato on sandwich. Their response when called “bring it back and we’ll fix it for you “ no I’m not going back just pay attention to what the sandwich is suppose to have on it, and don’t use dried out bread.
I normally do not do reviews but the last two times we have gotten food from this Arby’s the order has been wrong and/or missing items. Tonight, my son bit into his chicken sandwich and it was raw inside🤢. Also, when we ordered we were told they were out of roast beef. I will not be back.
Had to wait for our order. No biggie but there were virtually no cars in the drive thru line.
Got our food, drove home,, open the food and the bun to one sandwich was rock hard and cold.
The french dip was missing the au jus.
I understand mistakes happen, but considering I had to wait for my food and it still was sub par?
Meh.

Arby's offers a tasty dining experience with great service. The restaurant features a clean, updated interior with self-serve drinks and plentiful dipping options. The food is quickly prepared and fresh, and the staff is courteous, accommodating, and patient with orders. This is a very friendly place with consistently good quality across many years. The sandwiches don't appear any smaller and the price is now comparable to similarly-sized sandwiches elsewhere. Arby's provides a good option for fast food dining.
