Ordered enchiladas. Thei were under cooked and seemed like the tortilla was dredged in oil for 1.2 seconds and rolled up with flavorless ground beef. They poured canned sauce over it and brought it to the table. No time in the oven, no melting of the cheese, no real heating much less cooking of the tortilla. Maybe in Texas (think RGV, San Antonio or Houston) enchiladas are different but this was kinda sad for Mexican or even Tex-Mex

My to-go order was very small in portion size as compared to if I were to have dined in. I got the chicken ACP, the chicken was dry, and very bland in flavor. Hardly any queso on top of it, and as stated before, I had more box than food.
